- Refund Policy: We offer a refund option within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned to us through a reliable courier service that provides tracking information. We cannot process the refund until we receive the product.
- A shipping cost of 400 PKR will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to you, and a confirmation email will be sent. To process the refund, we will ask you for your online bank account number.
- Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged product or need a size change for your footwear, we offer a replacement option. Please follow these guidelines:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details of the damage or the correct size needed.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We will bear the shipping cost for the replacement of damaged products.

- The products may slightly differ from the images due to variations in human eye perception and camera lenses. Please don’t open Refund or replace request on small differences from the Images.
- If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the refund or replacement request.
