What does Khyber Wear sell?
Handmade Peshawari chappals in Kaptaan, Zalmi, Panjedar, Zardari, Charsadda and Norozi designs, Charsadda woolen khaddar, wool shawls for men and women, and wool mufflers.
Are your chappals handmade?
Yes. Every chappal is hand stitched from 100% genuine cow leather. Most are made in Charsadda and Peshawar, and our Norozi chappals are made in Quetta. Some of our shawls and mufflers are handmade too, and the product page says so where it applies.
Do your chappals come with a warranty?
Yes. Every chappal has a 6 month warranty, and Norozi chappals have a 5 year warranty. To make a claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order details.
Can you resole my old chappals?
Yes. Resoling is available for worn chappals. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you how to send your pair.
What is Charsadda woolen khaddar?
A 100% wool fabric for winter shalwar kameez, sold in 8 metre lengths, 1 yard wide, in ten colours. Cotton khaddar for summer is available on request.
Are the product photos accurate?
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens, camera lenses and lighting can make colours look slightly different. Small colour differences from the photos are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
Sizing
What sizes do your chappals come in?
UK sizes 6 to 12. Custom sizes are made on request: send us your foot measurement on WhatsApp.
How do I find my chappal size?
Measure your foot from heel to toe in centimetres and match it to this chart:

How do I place an order?

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan, so you pay when the parcel reaches you.
Are prices in Pakistani rupees?
Yes. All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR), and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Rs 250 per order anywhere in Pakistan. Charsadda khaddar ordered on its own ships free.
How long does delivery take?
3 to 7 business days, depending on your city.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment. We deliver within Pakistan only. For international enquiries, contact us on WhatsApp or email.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can ask for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and Rs 400 is deducted from refunds for shipping. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Can I exchange my chappals for a different size?
Yes. Tell us within 7 days of receiving the pair, and keep it unused and in its original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, we pay the shipping for the replacement.
